CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Embrace your world

IMG_9669 copy.jpg

Supervision is the relationship between Supervisor and Supervisee that promotes the development of responsibility, skill, knowledge, attitudes, and ethical standards in the practice of Clinical Social Work. The priority in the supervision process is accountability for client care within the parameters and ethical standards of the social work profession.

We believe in the process of working together to promote the development of your professional identity and competence. We will develop an individualized plan that will focus on the acquisition of knowledge, conceptualization, and skills within the defined scope of practice.

Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can apply your critical thinking skills and practice knowledge as you acquire the experience needed to become an independent licensed clinical social worker.
